What do I need to be able to use Faultmate Genesis as an individual owner?

To be able to use Faultmate Genesis you need the following items;

If you don't already have these parts available, they can be purchased from our shop.

Software
  1. Once you have registered your VCI with us and received your login details you will need to download the Faultmate Genesis Client program onto the computer that you intend to use to connect to your vehicle. You will be able to access the client download once you are able to login to the Faultmate Genesis System.
  2. You will need to license the specific diagnostic functionality that you require. This can be done through our online shop.

What do I need to be able to use Faultmate Genesis as a professional mechanic?

You will need access to an installed version of LandRovers SDD software.
